| | news.bbc.co.uk - Gareth and Claire Allen of Ystrad swear that they have found Jesus inside the lid of a jar of Marmite.
Claire was putting the lovely spread on her son's toast when she saw the image of Jesus on the underside of the lid.
Her husband, Gareth looked at it close up and from afar and decided she was right - that that splot was the smitten image of Jesus.
"People might think I'm nuts, but I like to think it's Jesus looking out for us, says Claire.
"We've had a tough couple of months; my mum's been really ill and it's comforting to think that if he is there, he's watching over us."
